Returns

Due to the nature of our products—many of which are made-to-order or personalized—we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or with a design error on our part.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, along with photos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Digital downloads (if applicable)

  • Sale or clearance items

Refunds

If your item qualifies for a refund due to damage or mistake, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method once your case is approved.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by the postal service

Replacements

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’re happy to send a replacement at no extra cost. Please send us clear photos of the issue and your order number.
